Book an Appointment

We have a strict policy to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 60% of your appointment selection cost or 100% if your appointment selection is $300 or less. The fee is to compensate the service provider for their time and missed income opportunity. By booking your appointment, you agree to this policy.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee for the professional's time.
• Same day cancellations will be charged the cancellation for professional's time.
• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee for professional's time.
• If we are unable to charge a card for the cancellation fee, we will require payment of the fee before you are allowed to book another service.
